What if I can't be hypnotized?
If you desire to be hypnotized, you will be. Some people go into trance more easily than others. The more often you're hypnotized the easier you'll go into trance. Also, the longer you're hypnotized, the deeper you go into trance.

Will I do anything against my will?
No. The mind is only receptive to suggestions which it recognizes as harmless or beneficial.

Will I remember what happens?
You will remember anything that you feel is important or significant. I will be taking notes during the session and part of it may be tape recorded.

How many visits will it take to get results?
Much depends on the nature of the problem or behavior you'd like changed. Smoking cessation, for example, can usually be achieved in three sessions. Dealing with trauma, such as sexual assault or grief, may take a little longer. The bottom line is that hypnotherapy will get to the root of the problem more rapidly and help you towards healing more quickly than most modes of traditional therapy.

What if I just want to do a past-life regression?
No problem. The purpose of doing past-life regressions is to discover the effect of those lives in this lifetime. I'll help you draw the connections.

I'm a psychologist who's spent a number of years in psychotherapy. I thought I had worked through a number of issues. Wrong! Through hypnotherapy I was able to revisit some old experiences and do some deep healing and release work.
